Successful candidates will have Star Quality, Want to be part of a rock/pop band. Have a great look and be willing to evolve that look. Are comfortable in your own skin. Able to relate to a crowd and perform as a front person.

You have extensive stage experience and are eager to develop your capabilities.

You have an excellent work ethic, commitment, are clean & sober, a team player and able to commit to regular rehearsal and performance schedules, while assisting to meet the financial commitments of the organization.
